The property is close to local amenities and on the door step of some lovely country walks and across from the river Bann. I work shifts and at times, long hours, I do not want any party animals, but someone who will respect privacy. NON smoker is essential, bills are included. I have attached a few photos, to give you an idea, but if you fancy popping round for a visit and a cuppa, give me a shout. My last tenant, is more than happy to have a chat with you.
My house is shared with my two young boys aged 10 and 6, they come and stay with me 2/3 nights a week, so please bear this in mind.
