My flatmate is moving out and I'm looking for someone to take his room, the flat is huge, 3 beds, living room and kitchen with spacious attic and shared bathroom with bath and a good pressure shower. It is semi furnished so feel free to add whatever you want. I work locally and don't spend the most time in it during the week. There is no designated parking but plenty of places on the street with no restrictions. While remote, Alston is the largest town for a 20 mile radius and is an absolutely beautiful place to live with good people in it.
