The property is a ten minute walk from Ambleside town centre and private off road car parking facilities are available on a first come first served basis five minutes walk from the property.

Our minimum lease is 6 months and one month's rent is payable for the deposit. Current landlord and work references are needed on application along with Right to Rent documentation.
