House mate wanted for shared tenancy

Hi!

I am looking for a house mate to share a tenancy in a spacious three bedroomed house in Ambleside as my current house mate is having to move out due to a change in personal circumstances. As such you will be responsible for 50% of all bills and the upkeep of the cleaning and gardening.

There is one bright and spacious double room available (for SINGLE OCCUPANCY ONLY) with a double bed, bedside table, chest of drawers and built in wardrobe. The bedroom also enjoys views of Loughrigg Fell.

There is a shared living room, bathroom, modern kitchen and separate utility room with WC.

The house also benefits from a parking space, garage used for storage, front and rear (south facing) gardens and balcony, perfect for those hot summer days!

It is a wonderfully quiet and relaxing house - definitely NOT a party house.

I am considerate, friendly, quiet and clean and am sociable but understand that personal space is to be respected, and whilst I do smoke, I only smoke outside and never inside the property.

I am looking for someone who would relish the opportunity of a quiet relaxing home in the Lake District.
