Village house nr Keswick with one other person

Room part-furnished (bed, chest of drawers, full length mirror and chair) but will add clothes rail and anything else required, by negotiation/agreement. I have just moved into the area myself and am still getting my really lovely house together but, basically, what else’s on offer, apart from a bedroom and shared bathroom, is a large comfortable eat-in kitchen/diner, sitting room, and garden, in a village just one mile north of Keswick. There’s a shed for bike storage etc. I’m a creative professional, active, and usually away during the week for a couple of days. Looking for someone who achieves the balance between quiet and self contained and friendly/sociable.
