Quiet, With Lots Of Space

Large old farm house & barn which has been converted into a rather large spacious L-shaped house.
Kitchen is equipped with most items needed, though washing up will have to occur regularly as I like having a clean kitchen - doesn't need to be spotless, as long as clean.
there is a downstairs toilet that is open for anyone to use.
House has 2 living areas and there is a spare smaller room that is shared.

Bigger than double sized bedroom with ensuite and walk through wardrobe. You have access to the backyard from the room & is possible to make it so you have your own entrance if you prefer.

There is a washing machine available to use.

Area is quiet and am looking for the same in people living here. ie no music blaring after 10pm.
There is off road parking outside house (yes you will need to be a driver as public transport is a decent hike away)
Heating, please be warned that rooms are heated by storage heaters. I am slowly planning on changing this. the main living area has a wood fire and does churn out A LOT of heat in winter. The way the house has been built, there is plenty of light and the glass panels in ceilings really warm up everywhere (but the kitchen)
Am happy with long or short term lets. Full week or shorter if the case.

There is a garage if you need to store a bike or outdoor activity equipment.
If you are a smoker, smoking is allowed only outside.

Also, yes I have a dog, he is quite chilled, but will 8times out of 10 greet you at the door.
