The House is close to Barrow-in-Furness Town center, the train station is 1.3 miles from property, BAE systems less than 2 miles, The Gas terminal, Hospital and the windfarm are all within a short drive. There are plenty of shops and amenities in close walking distance.(inc. Post Office, Chemist, Laundry)
The Bedroom
Your bedroom includes a small double bed with 3 drawer bed side table, wardrobe, 32" Freeview TV, storage space under bed, ( more storage space available) The bedroom can also be locked.
The Bathroom
The bathroom has a pea shaped bath with electric shower, Toilet, Sink, Towel Radiator and wall cabinet.
The Lounge
Spacious Lounge with 32" Freeview TV with DVD, Ipod Dock, 2 sofas, folding table.
The Kitchen
Fully equipped Kitchen, Washing Machine, Fridge Freezer, Oven, Kettle, Microwave, Toaster etc.
The Laundry Room
The spare bedroom is equipped with a Dryer, clothes maid, Iron, Vacuum.
Bike Store
There is a lockable storage shed for bikes
General
The house is central heated(this can be adjusted to meet your needs) i will give the house a general clean on a weekly basis(if required) clean towels and fresh sheets can be supplied when needs. If you do require weekend stays then this can be discussed with me. Smoking is strictly not permitted in the house.
