All rooms are spacious and fully furnished including Double Bed (apart from single room), bedside cabinet, Large chest of drawers, large wardrobe, desk and chair.
This is a great house in a great location, lovely street and only a short walk to town and convenient for the University.
There is a washer and a dryer and all rooms have a TV aerial cable.
This is perfect for a group of 2, 3 or 5 to join the existing flat mate but I will consider individuals also. L I will also consider renting a flat out to a couple or small family. Contact me directly for more information depending on your circumstances.
The rooms are great for Students and professionals. Bills are included with the exception of Council Tax (students are exempt). It has not been advertised this year so a great find for late lookers for 2019 University intake!
