Room available in beautiful home

Bedroom

My partner and I are looking for a new lodger in our beautiful family home. We’ve had four different lodgers previously and some who have lived here for over two years whilst working away from home and have now relocated back home.
We have a private bedroom, fully furnished with en-suite (on its own floor). We live in the centre of town and we love our home and would ask for someone who respects our home as much as we do.
You would need to be very clean as we like to keep things very tidy. We have a cleaner who comes every two weeks and for an extra charge can also clean your space too.
We have our lovely dog, so you need to like animals and get on with him, as he’s the main part of our home.

We would only like to hear from people who are respectable and happy to fit around us.
We would prefer someone who is Monday to Friday.
