Double bedroom in Carlisle near centre (bills inc)

I am considering getting a housemate/lodger for my spare room. The property has 2 double bedrooms (plus an attic conversion which I use as an office), living room, dining room, kitchen with ample storage and back garden.

The property is within walking distance of Carlisle city centre and close to amenities such as the gym, petrol station, pharmacy and shops. It is also within easy access of the motorway. The parking is on-street and is not designated/permitted.

The bedroom has a built-in double wardrobe and currently has a double bed, bedside table, chair and chest of drawers (although the free standing furniture could be removed if preferred). It is not en suite but the bedroom is next to the bathroom.

I am a professional female and looking for somebody friendly/respectful. I would like somebody to enjoy living in the house as much as I do.

I do not have pets but look after a friend’s dog sometimes so you would need to be ok with this - I also sometimes have friends or family visiting (sleeping in the attic room). This is reflected in the rent. Feel free to ask any questions :)
