Double bedroom in House of talking trees

Hi, I have a double bedroom in a quiet 3 bed house that is looking for a short/mid/long term lodger.. Very quiet area with back garden overlooking beautiful park with a pond and outdoor working-out area. There's veranda at the back where you can sit with a cuppa or book and listen to the birds/trees talking. The room itself is fully furnished with double bed, desk, 23" monitor for your use, comfy armchair for reading. There is a wardrobe and chest of drawers as well.

The house has a warm and homely feeling. Partially open wall between kitchen and living room makes it bright and more spacious. Living room is welcoming to sit down, relax and socialise with flatmate(s). There are instruments to play on and stereo system to play GOOD music ;). Little home library is for your use as well. The house and neighbourhood is very quiet and it would suit somebody who likes quiet. There are two green houses in a making, one in a back garden and second at the side of the house that will create a nice green corridor to veranda. Any gardeners are welcome as this is still ongoing project.... There is parking space on driveway.

You will be sharing the house with Mat, bridge engineer, DIY enthusiast, nature lover, mindfulness and chi-gong practitioner.
There is also a single bedroom occasionally rented on Mo-Fr basis or short stay hikers form the lakes.

This is a clean, shoe-off house. We clean the dishes straight away and try to respect the quiet night hours (usually after 10-10:30pm). No-drugs. No excessive alcohol. Smoking outside. Pets are welcomed (depending on type and character).

For long term lodgers there is a potential of taking over entire hose in a space of a year or two, as Mat is looking to set up some business abroad.
