The house is pristine, fully refurbished. I keep it spotlessly clean every day, and I’m looking for someone who shares the same passion for tidiness. The available bedroom is furnished, and I can provide bedlinen. You’ll have access to all kitchen equipment, cutlery, and plates. The bathroom is shared and maintained to a high standard.

I have a lively 3-year-old Jack Russell, so you must love dogs!

The location is ideal: a Co-op is just around the corner, and the house is a 15-minute walk from Carlisle Train Station and the University of Cumbria (Fusehill Street). The street is peaceful, perfect for a calm living environment.
