Room available in a spacious 3 bedroom, detached farmhouse

The house is large, with a modern kitchen, dining room, utility, pantry, sitting room, airing cupboard, bathroom and a second toilet.

There is also a garden, orchard, 2 outbuildings and ample free parking. The house is fully furnished, with a washing machine, dishwasher and tumble dryer as well as all other expected amenities.

We have a village location and are convenient for Penrith and J40.

Would suit a young professional. Non-smokers only.

£325 per month including gas, WiFi, electricity and water bills. Council tax not included, but split four way between tenants it only costs approx £40 per month.

A bit about us:

The current tenants are three friendly and easygoing young professionals aged 21 to 27, all working in the area.
They are all into animals and the outdoors. The house is a social environment, with friends welcome around, however it is not a ‘party flat’. There is a singlr sofa bed for if friends/family come to visit. We are not able to accept any large pets into the property, however please contact myself for further information if you would like anything considered.

The property is available for viewings, as it is currently being replastered, however is not available to rent until the start of October.

For lets shorter than 6 months, rent will differ to that advertised, and would be part of a discussion dependant on circumstances.
