There is a little yard outside.

Please note that only furniture and mattress in the room is provided. Bedding and certain objects in the pictures are not included.

Friendly live-in sub-landlord (has rented the property since 2017), who works at the local library, and is relaxed, open-minded, and keeps to themselves.
