- Well equipped kitchen; can have own fridge and cupboard. Facilities; the usual plus dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer.

- Bed linen and towels are provided.

- There are no children or pets in the household

-Secure storage for bikes etc. can be arranged

- House is in a beautiful, peaceful rural location, within 1 mile of both Ennerdale Water and Ennerdale Bridge, with its 2 excellent pubs and cafe. If you like a quiet beautiful natural environment abounding with nature; red squirrels, deer, etc you'll love it. Walking onto the fells straight from the door.
