Large Double Room in Luxury Apartment with Gardens

Large double room to rent in a luxury penthouse apartment. The room has two separate areas - a sleeping area with double bed and also a dressing area with a large desk overlooking the private gardens.

The penthouse is within an historic manor house, set in 5-6 acres of private gardens. The house is in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, within the peaceful village of Yealand Conyers.

There are plenty of incredible walks, woodland and views of the sea and Lake District fells just minutes from the doorstep. We even have a few hens in the garden and a bee hive!

Yealand Conyers is located midway between Kendal and Lancaster and has an award winning pub (The New Inn, Yealand). There are supermarkets nearby (5-10 mins) and excellent transport links to M6.

Current occupants are myself (run my own outdoor company called Adventure Solos - I'm away a lot over the summer) and my girlfriend (chartered surveyor, usually works from home in a spare bedroom that she uses as an office). We're clean, tidy and sociable professionals.

The apartment has a main bathroom plus the master bedroom has an ensuite. You would therefore be the only one using the shower and bath of the main bathroom - no having to wait for anyone else.
