There is a utility room with washing machine and tumble drier with full access.

The kitchen is well equipped, clean and modern with storage space in fridge, freezer and cupboards. There is a large dining table open plan with the kitchen.

Unlimited high speed broadband is included.

All the usual cleaning equipment is also free and available for use including hoover. A nice, well kept garden exists at the rear house with shed and seating areas.
