Double en-suite room to Let

Me and my partner have a room to let in the centre of Kendal Town, tucked away down a courtyard in my cottage with a garden and outside space.

The house is set over 3 floors and the room available is the bottom floor which is spacious with an en suite bathroom. The house has an open plan kitchen/lounge, 3 bathrooms, 2 beds on separate floors and a spacious garden. There is no parking directly at the house but I have a permit at a car park 2 mins away which you can buy from the Council.

All bills included in the cost, including a tv with Netflix, prime, YouTube, music on, oven/hob and full use of kitchen, washing machine and space for storage.

I work full time Monday to Friday between home and the office as a Personal assistant, and Alex works in the office similar hours also monday-Friday. We both keep active/outdoorsy in our spare time and love being up in the mountains or lakes. We are both clean and tidy and chilled/laid back, looking for a like minded house mate to join us in our space.
