Single room in a two bed fully furnished flat in the center of Kendal. shared lounge space but no TV currently. There is some parking around but my car is in the spot that comes with the flat. No pets allowed in the flat unfortunately. But bills will be included in the rent.
I am big into mountain biking, going to gigs, food and cooking, chilling with mates at the pub but not going out every weekend. Looking for a like minded house mate.
