I have a double room available from the end of January in Kendal, Cumbria. The house is mid Terrace and has 2 bed rooms, a kitchen, bathroom, a shared living room and a small courtyard garden. The rent is paid to the landlord and all bills are paid to me. The bills tend to be around £150 including council tax, this can vary though.
I am looking for young professional who loves the outdoors and has a job in the local area. There is a parking permit provided with the house for the on road parking. You will have to provide proof of work but no references are required.
