I'm offering up a room in my house, can be furnished or unfurnished currently as I'm just renovating. Brand new kitchen, central heating, decor and carpets in progress.
Looking for a respectful, mature person who wants a calm (ish) space to live.
Fast broadband, a decent sized house and cracking garden.

I have two dogs who are super friendly.

You'd have the place to yourself a fair bit initially.

I work from home some days, but spend a lot of time out and about. When I'm home I tend to enjoy chilling, cooking and studying or looking after my friends kids/animals.

All bills included. Quiet village location, with a pub and shop, but close to Cockermouth and Workington.

Initially for up to four months but can be reviewed. Can discuss cost for week days only or other arrangements.
