Top floor of Victorian house

Our top floor of our Victorian terraced house will be available from 1st June and includes one large room (currently used as a lounge) and a smaller room (currently used as the bedroom). It's part furnished at the moment with a bed, wardrobe, sofa & drawers - we can be flexible if more or less furniture is needed. The rooms are comfortable and have wonderful views over the playing fields, local park and farmland. You have the whole top floor to yourself, and thus it offers privacy and your own space to relax.

The house has one shared bathroom and a downstairs toilet. There is a shared dining room and utility room with washing machine. The front includes a small garden and looks out over the playing fields. Parking is limited and most residents purchase a permit for the local council car park or find free parking a bit further from the house.

Milnthorpe is a brilliant place to live. There are wonderful restaurants, pubs and takeaways on your doorstep, as well as Booths supermarket round the corner. Regular bus services run to Kendal and Lancaster and the motorway is easily accessible. 2 mins from the house and you're at Dallam Park and the sea is only a 10 minute walk away. We are in an area of outstanding natural beauty and there are loads of beautiful walks to enjoy.
