ROOM AVAILABLE JULY 2024 FOR PROFESSIONAL FEMALE AS I AM A FEMALE LIVING HERE. Advertising for a professional female to rent a room in my home in Castletown, Penrith. ALL BILLS INCLUDED EXCEPT GAS & ELECTRICITY. The house has a ground, first and second floor. Tastefully and creatively furnished, enchanting, warm, (when the fire’s on...), and comfortable. Double bedroom in the attic with private space, shared amenities and walking distance to town Centre. Street parking outside the house with resident permit, (needs to be applied for), and/or visitor’s passes included. Spacious Garden with decking/seating area and a small Summer House/Bar. Wonderful neighbours either side and a very welcoming area to reside. Great access to the M6 corridor and railway station.
I’m a fairly gregarious individual and relatively likeable! (At least I think I am?! Perhaps eccentric occasionally...). Equally, I enjoy my own company and would respect your private space and time too. I like to keep a tidy and clean home so please don’t contact me if you never wash up and don’t have a clue what a hoover looks like.
I tend to be away from home 2-3 nights a week so you would benefit from having the home to yourself during these times. I have a passion for food, cooking, the beautiful outdoors, travel, humans, non humans, the quirky and weird things in life, music, inclusion and psychotherapy - the latter three being my current areas of work!
