This studio flat is annexed to my characterful 1860-built sandstone house on a quiet rural no-through road in the village of Scotby, a 5 minute drive to Carlisle and also on a bus route.

It is accessed separately by its own front door and is self-contained (apart from the fact that I need access to the washing machine and boiler in the kitchen as this used to be my utility room).
The room has a double bed, a dining table and a small area to sit in/relax/ watch television. Adjoining it is an en-suite bathroom with shower.
You can exit from the main room through a stable style door into the back garden with a lawn and patio which you are welcome to use.

Leading from the main room is an area with another toilet and radiator which then goes through to the kitchenette with a washing machine, fridge with small freezer section, mini oven with 2 hob rings, microwave, sink, toaster, kettle and cupboards with all the necessary pots, pans, crockery, cutlery, utensils etc.
There is parking immediately outside the driveway on a quiet road and ample room for storage of bikes etc. in the garage.
I am looking for a professional person who is reasonably quiet and respectful and prefers their own space to sharing with others but who is also happy to say Hi as I need to come into the kitchen for the boiler and the washing machine. This would not involve me going into your main room as I would access the kitchen from my hallway.
The room is newly decorated, has wi-fi and all bills are included.
