I am generally working away Monday to Friday and would be able to rent out my double room either on a monthly (500 pcm) or weekly (150p/w). Monday to Friday basis.
The house is located in a quiet area of Stanwix and is close to morissons, Aldi, 3 local pubs & take-aways. Can walk into town in 10-15 mins.
I would be home on the weekends generally but would consider a Monday to Sunday basis depending on how my work pans out this year.
