Communal facilities include a washing machine and dishwasher. There is communal use of the 2 downstairs lounges, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with bath and shower. The property is conveniently located within walking distance of the town centre and the canal.

I am looking for sensible employed housemates that want a clean, peaceful place to call home or home from home. The rent includes all bills and broadband but not the phone.

There is plenty of on street parking available.
