One double room to let in modern Ulverston flat

Double bedroom (TV not included!)

We're looking for another housemate to move into a double bedroom in a modern Ulverston apartment that is right in the centre of town.

The whole apartment is furnished throughout. The room to let has a wardrobe, ample desk space and a double bed.

There is a large shared kitchen and lounge area with a 44" TV and shared use of Netflix and Xbox One.

It is centrally located with pubs, shops and other amenities all within walking distance.

One tenant is a reporter for the North-West Evening Mail who works 9-5 Monday to Friday and the occasional late shift and weekends.
The other is a senior buyer for BAE.

The price does not include bills. Our current bills include council tax, wifi, water, gas and electric. On average the total of these outgoings come to roughly £50-£70 a month per person.

There is a permit available for parking and you can use that in anywhere marked Zone A including on Cavendish Street.

P. S. The rent would be arranged through PC Lettings and costs a total of £715 a month. This is then split between three housemates.
