Accommodation comprises of bedroom with 4’ double bed with good quality firm mattress & cotton sheets. Also hand basin, Smart TV and blackout blind.

Shared walk-in shower and separate shared toilet facilities,

Parking - large car park on Theatre St 200 yards away free between 6pm and 8am or visitors permit available free or private parking for £10 / week.

All other rooms currently taken until further notice. (Existing flat mates both professionals and both long term 10 months +)

I am seeking a contractors or professionals who are working away from home (sorry not available as a permanent residence).

All Rooms have central heating, unlimited free BT super fast Broadband access. Use of kitchen inc, oven, fridge & microwave etc. Located in the centre of a pleasant market town but tucked away up a quiet alleyway.

All bills and laundering of bedding included.

Please note - rooms are all for single occupancy only. No night/evening shift workers or restaurant workers.
