The house is 8 minutes to West Cumberland Hospital, 18 minutes to Sellafield, 4 minutes to the Harbour and only 30 minutes to the beautiful lake district.

There is off road parking for two vehicles on the property drive, with patios and built in bbq area. There is a lockable shed for bikes and a bus stop right outside the property.

We also get the shared areas cleaned every month
