Double room, short term, female, great view

Nice sized double bedroom in shared flat with myself. Decent sized shared kitchen, and shared bathroom with bath and shower.

The flat is situated at Parkfarm, Allestree, which is a lovely mini shopping precinct - with cafes and a few shops. The flat is 4th floor (lift or stairs available) with an amazing view over the the area. Allestree is like a village, with 2 beautiful parks nearby, but it's close to the city centre and university, both of which are very easy to get to by bus, which is right outside the flat.

Looking for a quiet, peaceful, clean, respectful tenant - female only. I am a Christian and would prefer another Christian if possible.

Mainly looking for short term tenants - maybe new to the area or working/ studying away from home.

The place is only small, there are only 2 bedrooms and no lounge, so probably suits somebody who is out a lot, or happy to spend time, eat etc in bedroom.

No smoking, drinking, parties etc. No coming home at 1,2,3 am etc, because of flat being quite small. No boyfriends, or partners able to come around. Welcome to have a friend over now and then, but just one at a time.
