This is a very large king-size room in a 2-year old detached house in Aston on Trent, a village between Derby and the M1. It's a short walk to local shops and pubs, and open countryside is within 100 metres. It's ideally located as it's only 15 minutes to Derby city centre (17 minutes by bus) but within easy access of the M1 and A50.

The room is on the top floor of the house, and there is a bathroom solely for the use of this room. There is another bedroom on this floor but it isn't used. You may be able to use this room for occasional visits by family members and friends.

The room is a fully furnished with a king size bed, built in wardrobe and drawers, TV point, computer desk and chair, and large walk in cupboard with low ceiling height for storage. The house has a 350Mb unlimited internet connection (pretty much the fastest available)

There are 2 professionals living in the house who are friendly and very relaxed. There's lots of stuff to do locally. Shopping is really easy with some great shops in the village, and Sainsburys. Asda and Aldi all within a 10 minute drive.

The price includes the use of all facilities, weekly cleaning of the house, and clean towels and bed linen, water, gas, TV license, electric, internet and Council Tax. Tea and coffee is also all included. There's also the usual stuff, use of washing machine, tumble drier, iron, hair dryer etc.

There's a double drive and lots of safe (free) parking available, including in the garage if needed. Storage space is not an issue, including for motorcycles, cycles, etc.

There are 2 living areas and a large kitchen with twin ovens and twin fridge freezers. There's also a nice garden.

I'm easy going, spending a lot of time at work, but also running, cycling, trying to learn yoga when i can.

No couples and no DSS please.
