I have a self contained annex to rent with it's own kitchen, bedroom, en suite shower room and lounge in Barlborough village. It's a nice area and close to M1 junction 30 and easy access in all directions - Sheffield, Chesterfield and Worksop are all a short drive away. There are regular buses. The house has been refurbished with clean contemporary decor, it's well kept and low maintenance. All the usual facilities. The house is located in a good respectable safe area and there is off road parking. It's non smoking and there are no pets. No DSS. It is single person occupancy only, no couples. I am only a basic member on here because I also use other sites so unless you are a full member I will only be able to contact you after 7 days, thanks.
