One double room in a Grade 2 listed mill house

The mill is set within an idyllic setting, and although surrounded by beautiful countryside it is only a 15-minute walk into the thriving town of Belper, which has a wide variety of shops and things to do. The 1600s house has its own mill pond and the mill race runs through 3 acres. Herons, egrets, buzzards and kingfishes can regularly be spotted. There is a badger set, but I haven't seen a badger yet, as I only moved here in June.
I live here with one other tenant, plus 2 dogs and 2 cats. We have a wide variety of interests and spend shared time in the living room, dining room and kitchen, although there is plenty of room for quiet time with a built-in garage, storeroom 2 cellars and a cellar bar!
I enjoy going to see live music in the town and eating out, however my days of partying into the early hours is probably behind me and my other tenant. There are lots of good walks and 2 dogs who are keen to join you.
The double bedroom has 3 big wardrobes and sole use of the main bathroom.
