Available during the week: a spacious yet snug double bedroom with a small en-suite, on the top floor of a 200-year old Belper cottage, formerly a historic bonemill. With a king-size oak loft-bed (complete with a child’s bed underneath), a comfy chair, a writing desk, lots of natural light, and views encompassing nearby fields. The shared kitchen has a five-ring induction hob and two ovens so plenty to share. A short walk to local shops, bus stop, and a great pub; and not much further into Belper town centre. A fun-loving and creative family home with the world’s best dog, Eva. Very LGBTQ+ friendly ☺️
