- The house from outside
I have a spare room free at the top of the house, a nice double room with all modern amenities. The house is a large old Victorian, with parking and a walled courtyard for parking and relaxing. There is a shared bathroom with corner bath and shower, and a toilet on the ground floor. I work part time from home as a sports masseur and have a treatment room with a sauna which is available on request for the use of housemates. I work full time as an electronic engineer down in Warwick, so I leave early in the morning and get back late. The existing housemates are clean and quiet, one a professional dog walker and one a singer. I would let the room to a couple, but would charge a little more to cover bills and use of kitchen etc.
