Hi There,

We have a good size double bedroom on the first floor. It will become available on 25th February 2024. Address - Ferrers Close, Castle Donington.

We have long term tenants who work in the local area.

The house is in a quiet cul de sac location, 5 mins walk to the main road and bus stop.

We have a cleaner visit weekly, but tenants are expected to keep the communal areas tidy and clean up after themselves.

We are fortunate to have nice friendly house mates who all get along well. The majority have lived there between 2 and 5 years.

As the landlord, I personally take great interest in trying to choose people who will get on. My aim is for the house is for it to feel like a home.

The house has 1 full size bathroom, and 1 shower room. (Toilet and hand basin in each of these).

We are looking for a long term housemates (6 month AST contract)

Galley style kitchen, 2 fridge freezers (one is a large American style) so lots of space, washing machine, separate tumble dryer, all crockery etc provided. We have storage space for each person to keep pans and food items in the kitchen cupboards.

Skylink bus is only 5 mins walk from the house.

Buses run to the airport 24 hours a day.

High Speed broad band, and all other bills included. Communal kitchen, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, ironing board provided for shared use.

Parking - curb outside the house. Drive way does have parking to be used with caution and checking in with other housemates so as not to block each other in.

Easy Access out onto surrounding roads for airport and A50, and M1 (Castle Donington), 5 mins walk to bus stop, 10 mins walk to shops/restaurants. Nearest city is Derby which you can access via the skylink bus.

This vacancy would best suit a single non -smoking professional.

PLEASE NOTE - The rooms are intended for single occupancy only. It is not possible to accommodate couples or overnight guests.

No pets are allowed.
