I am looking to find a lodger/s for my beautifully decorated terrace house. I will be travelling to Manchester for my new job and will likely not be in the house much therefore the tenant will have full use of the whole house which includes: a beautiful living room, dining room with period features, a large kitchen utility and downstairs toilet. Upstairs there is a large family bathroom, 2 large bedrooms and a spacious landing.
The tenant will have full use of the garden and outdoor space. The house comes fully furnished with all utilities included. Happy to consider couples, pets and children.
Ideally I would like to rent the entire house out for £750 a month, however will consider letting individual rooms at £475 and £425 respectively.
