We have one large room available is our stylish Victorian house in a nice residential area of Chesterfield.
The Room.
The room was the former lounge of the house so features a large bay window, high ceilings and feature mouldings.
We have fitted a range of Magnet kitchen units which include a sink/wash hand basin and tall ridge freezer. There is an electric kettle, toaster and micro wave cooker. This means that although there is a large shared kitchen in the house, you can, of you want, be largely self sufficient. having your own fridge freezer and storage cupboards means that no-one will use up your milk or take your last chocolate biscuit!!
Furntiure
The room has a double bed, a desk and chair for homeworking, a settee and coffee table, a large chest of drawers and a wardrobe, so everything you need for storage and comfort.
The Main House.

the main house has a large shared kitchen with two hobs and two oven, a washer machine and tumble drier, a sink, storage cupboards and breakfast bar.
Cloakroom
Leading from the kitchen is a back porch and leading from this is a downstairs cloakroom, with toilet and wash hand basin. The back porch also leads to the courtyard at the back of the house which has seating, facilities for drying clothes and a bike shed.
Downstairs shower room.
On the ground floor there is a shower room with walk in shower, toilet and wash hand basin.
First floor bathroom.
On the first floor there is a walk-in shower, a toilet and wash hand basin.
What is included in the rent.
The rent includes, council tax, broadband and heating and lighting and insurance.
Us as landlords.
We are live out landlords but only a phone call away. We want to provide decent housing for our tenants and do everything we can to support our tenants and make sure the house runs smoothly. We are members of the National Landlords Association and the house is registered and approved by the Chesterfield Borough Council who carry out regular checks. We comply with gas and fire safety requirements.
