***SOMETHING ABOUT ROOM***
Nice double size room with build-in wardrobe, Computer table / Desk, standing wardrobe. Both can be removed if not required. The room is fully decorated but you can make it your own if you wish.
Currently there is a sofa bed that will be replaced with a new single bed and new Mattress once agreed. Also a brand new carpet just been fitted.

***SOMETHING ABOUT FLAT and area***

Shops/restaurants/… are 2min walk from flat (Coop, Farmfoods, post office, hairdresser, Pizza takeaway, coffee, Indian restaurant, dentist)

5min walk to Holmebrook Valley Park

Parking off roads and 3bus stops are around flat (bus number 39 which is about 15min to town centre)

Modern flat with smart voice control devices. Hue light bulbs in all rooms, Hive heating, Ring doorbell, Eufy roboVac, Alexa speakers in each room, Alexa Show in the kitchen, Smart QLED 55in TV with Hue entertainment lighting

Kitchen with all appliances (fridge-freezer, washing machines, dishwasher, toaster, oven, Juicers, …, soon tumble dryer)

Toilet and bathroom are both separate. In the bathroom is bath with shower bath tray where you can enjoy nice glass of wine 🍷and read book📖/watch Netflix on tablet while you relaxing in hot bath after hard day.

We are professional gay couple.
Luka (Slovakian, 30y), Lee (British 31y) and Bobby (westy Bobby 4y, rescued from street as puppy)
We are together just over 2y.
I am working 12h shifts 4on 4off (6am - 6pm)
Lee is working mixer of shift at Dunelm.
Bobby is the most adorable and friendly dog, never make mess inside, always wait for his walks. Doesn’t bark apart from when he is about to go a walk. And he loves his sleep.

We are friendly, lay down guys who enjoy Netflix, board games with nice glass of wine or other drink. We aren’t party animals but we do like have drink with family and friends once per blue moon.
We do love cooking, hiking specially in Lake District or in Slovak Paradise, long walks, discovering new places, days out, cinema and plenty more.
Lee is crazy about Christmas so at Christmas time the flat look like Santa’s grotto. We have a garage with mostly Christmas decorations as Lee will not let me throw any away.

We do prefer have female house mate, there is not smoking in room (can smoke on balcony) but vaping is ok inside.
We are looking for not just lodger but also friend to have chat or laugh if you prefer keep self in room also fine.
