Your Room

A beautiful double first-floor room with a quality mattress, new carpet and, freshly redecorated. It’s cosy, warm and comfortable. The house is on a quiet street which is only a 15-minute walk to the centre, college & train station (5 minutes by bus). 30 minutes bus journey to Sheffield and is close to the main bus routes, supermarkets and walks along the canal.

It is an easy-going house, and your privacy will always be respected. There is just me and a Labrador dog called Lola and we are in most times of the day.

Please note that there will be a new kitchen being fitted soon and I believe that will go on for around 3 weeks. This may mean no oven or use of the kitchen, but the microwave will be available. I will reduce the rent by 30% during this period.

Also note that the garden is having work and this is on hold, probably until next year.
