In a central location, less than 5 mins walk to the centre of town. On the main bus routes to Sheffield. Close to all amenities and some excellent restaurants as well as some great green spaces and (of course) the Peak District.

Ideally I am looking for LONG TERM LETS, but I haven't ruled out short term lets. Each room is rented solely for single occupancy (if more than 1 per room rent is increased by 30% per head).

BEST ROOMS
The rooms I have are of the highest standard with TV, new decoration, clean, warm and cosy and at an affordable price. The mattresses are clean and good quality. I can also supply bedding if requested. The furniture is high quality. Ongoing the rooms will be upgraded as they cover their costs.

BEST VALUE FOR MONEY
The rental fees are very good value as I'm wanting to attract working professionals. Included with the price are all the bills including Gas, Electricity, Water and Council Tax. Living here will be pleasurable experience and a space you can consider to be home. The monthly rent is based on 1 person occupying 1 room.

BEST HOUSE
The house is highly maintained, fully furnished and equipped, with super fast broadband, fully equipped kitchen, and new bathrooms. The house is always clean and tidy.

As I also live there, I will always improve the house and reinvest in improving and upgrading where necessary.

BEST LOCATION
The house is on the main Sheffield Road close to the centre of town, this is a great location in Chesterfield, S41 It is only 5-10 minute walk from Supermarkets; Tesco, Asda, Iceland, Aldi and food & drink including; Gregs, Subway, KFC, Costa, award winning fish and chips, pizza and more.

The main bus route runs past the house with the closest stop less than 50 meters away, so you can be in Sheffield within 30 minutes.

It is less than 5 minutes’ walk to the centre of Chesterfield and there are beautiful walks along the canal within 4 minutes.

COMMUTING
Chesterfield Train Station is less than 7 minutes’ walk (or 2 minutes in the car). Great for all major routes and direct trains to London St Pancras.
