Hi - I’m jen a 28 year old professional female wanting to rent out my 3rd floor en-suite bedroom available to mid July.

The room is equipped with double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, chest of draws, desk & washing basket. Bathroom consists of shower, toilet and sink.

I’m situated in the quiet area of New Whittington, just 5 minutes drive from the town centre and on the doorstep of chesterfield canal. Bus stop a few doors up the road.

Tesco express, londis, post office and takeaways just 2 minutes walk at the top of the road.

Spacious kitchen/dining area with gas cooker and electrical appliances, washer/tumble dryer, that provides access to a private garden and decking area. Off road parking is available for 2 cars.

I have a 5 year old Pug called Vinnie and a very friendly cat so must be ok with pets.

Friends/guests welcome so long as i know about it first (have had some bad experiences in the past).

Please be aware there is no TV aerial in the bedroom but if you have a smart TV/games console the fibre broadband is very good. Alternatively you can use a plug in booster aerial.
