I am living in a 2 bedroom house alone at the moment, looking for a nice housemate to share my house.

There's single room available for rent with single bed, drawers, a wardrobe, and a bedside table. Ample storage area in the attic as well as under the stairs. (If you prefer, we can negotiate and you can have a double room instead of single room, which has a double bed, built-in wardrobe, drawers with mirror, an arm chair and a bedside table. Much bigger in size)

There is a nice kitchen, dining room, living room and a bathroom with modern suites to share. Back garden is simply lovely (if you want, you can also have a share of some part of the garden). House is fully furnitured.

The house is located 2 min walk from the Chinley train station, and the train ride to Manchester takes approx. 30 min, which is quite nice for commuting to Manchester (I am commuting to University of Manchester everyday).

If you want to live in quite, idyllic country side with friendly neighborhood, this is your place to live in.

The rent include high-speed unlimited internet (fiber-optic) and all other bills. There is a parking space available off road, or just across the street, parking space available at the community centre as well.

I am from South Korea and most of the time, I like cooking Korean food and share my food (and I am rather good if you like to try some new cuisine). I've lived half my life as an international student and generally get along with everybody, easy-going and friendly. But I also respect personal space and privacy, living together with others.
