One bedroom available in an extraordinarily spacious 2-bedroom apartment in Riverside at Stuart Street, Derby. The bedroom is a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and includes a double-size bed, two bedside cabinets, a cupboard and a wardrobe.

The apartment is furnished and located in a quiet and safe area of Derby with easy access to many amenities. It is probably the best location in the city with an amazing view on the river Derwent. Approximate distances to selected locations:

- 5 minutes walking distance to the city centre / Derbion shopping centre
- 5 minutes walking distance to the bus station and 15 minutes to the train station

Rent is 387.5 pounds per person, excluding bills (council tax, electricity, water and broadband). Based on past experience total rent is estimated to be 500-520 pounds/month per person. The apartment is rented via an agency.

I live in this apartment with my current flatmate who is moving out, so I am looking for a new tenant. I am working at Rolls-Royce and would like to live with other Rolls-Royce employee, but it is not a necessary condition.
