I own the home and I am currently living here so it's a nice place to live! It's right next to Alvaston Park which is huge.
The house is a good size and the bedroom itself is large with plenty of storage, the house is kept generally clean and tidy but not over the top, there is a cleaner who comes to clean the communal areas which is included in the price along with all other bills.
I also have a cute dog named Ronnie and a home gym!
