The extra bits you'll need to know...
In order to make this as low cost and hassle free as possible, we only require a £100 holding deposit to secure your room (this goes towards your first months rent). Thereafter, we only require a security deposit of £100 if you have a guarantor or £250 if you do not - payable before you move in. Cheap & convenient!

Your first month’s rent payment is made from the point you move in.
