Double room available in Stenson Fields Derby. I have 2 rooms that are available (see images: bedroom 1, bedroom 2), however, ONLY ONE OF THE ROOMS WILL BE RENTED OUT. Both are double rooms, but the smaller of the 2 rooms is £450 p/m, whilst the larger one is £575 p/m. When contacting me, please let me know which of the 2 rooms you are interested in.
The house has one full shared bathroom and one downstairs WC. Fast broadband. Dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Driveway and back garden with summer house.
I like reading, art, music, Bollywood and going to the gym. I have cats - they are currently at my parents house but I might be bringing one or both to mine soon, so any potential roommate must be comfortable with cats.
