Hi, I'm Jayne. I am looking for a female house mate, I'm a fun loving, friendly person looking for a housemate to share my lovely abode. I have a responsible job working bizarre hours. I work hard which affords the life style, if you are similar please apply.
My house is a lovely detatched three bedroom close to the Chase in Alvaston. Your bedroom is a double room. I have two reception rooms and a dining room downstairs as well as a fully fitted kitchen. So there is privacy should you need it. Bathroom has a bath and shower. There is off road parking for 2 cars and a sun trap south facing garden, for lovely summer barbies.
It is just a 10 min drive into Derby city centre and a 5 min walk to a main route bus stop. Local amenities within walking distance are Alvaston shops, Ascot Drive and an interesting local pub!
I'm a non smoker, I have no probs with smoking outside thou. I am a shift worker so you will have the house to yourself quite regularly.
I am honest and hard working and I enjoy myself fully in my free time. I have lots of friends and am easy to get on with. I'm clean and tidy but not anal like Monica from friends! I've had housemates in the past and am a great person to share with as they remain good friends.
