Looking for a lovely lodger to join our home in the fab Six Streets area (.six streets derby. org) situated off Kedleston Rd, 10 mins walk to town or university. and close to hospital.
Living with one female, her son and our cat Luna and the occasional visiting hedgehog.. We have our lovely second floor attic conversion with a private living/dressing room, double bedroom and ensuite with shower. The room is furnished but bedlinen not provided.
Shared spaces include living room/ dining room, kitchen and garden. House is fully double glazed with gas central heating and all mod cons.
Rent quoted is for 4 nights but can do 3 nights at £325 a month Included are all bills, broadband & Netflix (though not council tax if applicable) Can stay occasional additional night for £25 supplement and as agreed.
Additionally can offer the room serviced ie cleaned and bedlinen/towels provided for an additional £25 a week.
