Dbl rooms in 3 bed hse near Uni, park & town

Hello,

I have lived in the house for the last 4 years, and have shared with housemates most of that time.

The house has all the necessities; hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, 2 bathrooms, garden and piano. There is also a large workshop in the garden for storage, yoga, projects etc. Parking requires a residents permit ( £25-50 per year from Derby City Council). There is also access from the street for safe and easy bicycle storage. The front door has a keypad so you cant lock yourself out.

The current tenant has two dogs living at the house. They sleep in the barn.
The current tenant is a mature student, studying medicine.

Rooms are available for £100 less per month for part-time occupancy.

Water, council tax and wifi are included. Gas and electricity costs are shared by the tenants.

I keep some stuff in the barn and stay there from time to time when I come to do the garden etc (Covid depending). I'm also going to get some building work (new windows) done on the barn, but that shouldn't disturb residents as there is direct street access and an outside loo.
